Picked up a..

Sephis Axe of Shelter Req. 10
Armor +6 (Vs. Physical)
Inscription: "Don't Fear The Reaper"
Damage +16% While Hexed.

Worth anything? Or should i Put Max Mods on it and Sell it? If so, How much?
