I played around with builds and tactics for this challenging mission and I did it. Here are some screenies:

The ganking itself :-D

There were 0 deaths on the team in the entire mission, master reward

The builds I used are nothing special (and certainly the 4 henches could use better builds) and are easy to see from the pictures. I believe it would have been better if my Master of Whispers was a minion master. However, he was already set for curses and I didn't want to bother to change his runes and I decided to work with what I had.

Some tips for the mission itself:

1) Team coordination is the most important thing, by far. Having a clear idea what you are trying to do and WHEN is crucial. The subpar builds of half of my team are compensated by the fact that the henches insantly follow the player's commands. In order to succeed the whole team has to react very very quickly. TS or vent will surely make a great difference for human teams here. Pick a team leader and target caller and follow him at all times.

2) Choose the exact order in which you will kill the bosses in the mission before you start.

3) Gank the first boss of your choice immediately! This will make your life a lot easier.

4) Always fight the spawned mobs by the bombards.

5) Protect the bombards at all costs. If you have to disengage from the middle of a fight to go to a bombard that is being taken over, do not hesitate for a moment.

6) Attack ONLY the boss in his groups and bring him down as fast as possible. Stay to fight the other part of his mob only if the bombards are safe. If you see them under attack drop everything and run back to defend them. Running skills such as "Fall back!" and Devona's "Charge!" helped immensely here. "Fall back!" was disabled and used manually by me because Morgahn is a fool and uses it randomly.

Where did you position the npcs and in what order did you kill the bosses? In one attempt I managed to kill the warrior boss and his group right away, but at this point the other 2 bombards were pretty crowded. I got back in time and fought those waves off, hoping for either: a) the waves to cease eventually, or b) a break long enough to head out and pick a boss off. Neither was the case, and after what seemed like at least 10 waves from the remaining 3 rifts I ran out of res sigs and wiped.

I should mention that I positioned 2 squads east, 1 center, and took out the warrior (west) boss as he spawned.

Nevermind, I got it done after. What I did was send all 3 npc groups east, and position myself to take out the west (warrior) boss as soon as he spawned. Targetted him immediately and fell back to the center bombard as soon as he was dead, letting his surrounding group chase me. By this point there will be a group already at the bombard, but you should have time to save it and fight off what's around you. I then took out the Paragon boss (middle left). If you're lucky they npcs will still have control of the east side at this point. With the center and west bombards clear, and the npcs still in control of the east side, I took the monk boss (middle right) out next. Right around now my npcs were pretty much wiped, so I took their position east and defended there. For whatever reason the waves seemed to become more frequent, perhaps because the other rifts were closed. There was no break in the waves at all, but I chose a moment where the pressure was manageable to make a run and kill the ele boss. As soon as he (or the last boss) dies, the mission ends.

There definitely seems to be some luck involved. There were times that the npc groups would wipe very quickly, and then others where they would hold for quite a while. Also I've seen the paragon general himself rush the center bombard quite early in the fight. Not sure what triggers that. Maybe the bombard fell and I didn't notice. Whatever the case, this one was definitely a challenge.

I sent all NPCs to the east side, by the ele boss.

The order in which I killed them was warrior, paragon, monk and ele in the end.

Curse necro is probably better than MM here, since minions tend to be slow getting from place to place.
