Unique Guild Halls for Auction or as Monthly Prize

Having a small group of unique guildhalls would be nice and could be used as reward for being top of the gvg ladder or as a gold sink.

A unique hall given out to GvG ladder leader at the end of each month (even if it is just a variation of the current guildhalls) could be a great prize.

It would also be cool to have other unique halls up for auction... of course the problem here is that anet has been unwilling to create a real auction house for other items.

But imagine a handfull of guildhalls up for auction each month (auction price could include plats, ectos, and other crafting material). At the end of the month the hall would revert to the last hall that was purchased with a sigil by the guild. And the new auction winner would claim the guild hall for the next month and the bidding would start again.

As a reward notsigned, for the reason and yes its selfish, my guild doesnt gvg so theres no chance of getting it. Not only mine of course but other smaller guilds who work hard play often but may not have the numbers to be top of the ladder material.

as for the auction, i like this idea as the whole guild can collect money/items and make a bid. even small guilds stand a chance because it would be more based on farming and working in pve. You could also put it up for bid with faction points. Chip in enough Luxo/kurzik points and your guild gets the cool new hall. if they cant up keep the points then they lose the hall or it could be a one time payment just make it high priced. I personally like the faction points better because then its the guild that works not the rich guild. Even if you dont AB you can still earn faction points through quests and some of them are repeatable. This way ANY guild who is aligned can gain the new halls. the only problem with this is that non faction based guilds and i am sure there are a few would be unable to get it. So maybe we could cash in balth faction into the guild for this.
