Price Check On Rare Necro Prophecies Staff !!!

as you see. its a prophecies staff and not inscribable .. and the mods r strange cause it has 20% on items atribute .. all tho i got this as a b-day present from a friend (not b-day present in game as for a char) so far w/ever i asked said it is rare and no one would know the price of it and still they say its really rare cause of its stats tho .. the skin is common ,but the stats are what makes it rare i guess ..so could you tell me the price on this one please . thank you
