Interruption by normal attacks...

I'm aware that spells and other things can be interupted by normal attacks, but how do you know if a normal attack is going to interupt? Is it because every critical strke interupts, or what?

Normal attacks can interrupt Traps, unless the trapper is using [skill]Trapper's Focus[/skill] or a dodging stance to avoid attacks.
Normal attacks can only interrupt spells if the target spellcaster is under the effects of Daze.

Aside from that, the Ritualist skill Warmonger's Weapon will interrupt you if you aren't attacking.

Normal attacks will not interrupt, even on a critical hit.

Ah thanks. I got confused because my Meteor Shower got interrupted in the middle of my Troll farm

Also, like traps, a few other spells / skills are listed as easily interruptible. Any attack (not spells unless knock down or it says it interrupts) will interrupt an action that is easily interruptible.
