recently i got a REQ 7 Strength Spiked Targe and i need to know how much it worth.
its totally clean and not inscriable (factions item).

You proved wiki wrong I guess, congrats

I would say merch it, even though it's a rare r7 and max I find it hard to believe that anyone would buy a white shield and use, the skin is not rare or wanted either.

But I could be wrong... I'm no expert

Im pretty sure you are mistaken, as the skin may not be the most rare skin but he still isn't in the last place at "skinlist". checked it before.
if ppl want mode on it (i'm sure they want) than they can buy themselves mods.

only person who will buy it is the npc's im afraid, and you cannot mod a non elonian dropped shield.
