1. Salvage the 20% enchant mod, it's high req and not max, in my experience -10 armor is disliked amongst warriors, and people tend to be very picky when it comes to non-maxed mods (the 14%)

2. Heket axes seems like a wanted skin, req 10 is decent so you could probably get ~15k for it.

3. Again, although it's only 1 point from max (6-27), i'll quote myself and say that people tend to be very picky about such things, I can imagine you could get a couple of thousands for the skin though, second opinions required on this item...
