Icy Clouded Spear of Spear Mastery.

Cold Dmg: Max, Req. 9
Spear Mastery +1 (19% Chance while using skills)
Inscription: "Strength and Honor"
Damage +15%^50.

I wonder if there is any point to get a +30 fortitude and add it instead of spear mastery, or if theres anything to save from it or if it's good as it is?
