PC for gold eternal bow(req 9) and gold storm bow (req 10) please

I found these two today but the baseline price list for rare skins has me really confused - it seems to be dependent on mods and upgrades, whereas I thought the skin and req were all that mattered.

Anyway, it's a gold req 9 Eternal Bow and a gold req 10 Storm Bow. Any help putting a value on these two would be much appreciated

Any help available on these two?

I will most likely try to sell them if they have any value, but I have no idea at the moment if they do or not.

Both bows are worth around 5K each, since they don't have max mods.
