I'd merchant that, tower shields aren't rare nor wanted, you could salvage the +29 mod and sell for a couple of k though.

I wouldn't.

I got 20k for a higher req one a while ago, and i think they are selling quite well lately, though i haven't really dealt with them recently. Not sure of a price, just don't merch it
