Can the insignia on any Nightfall armor be switched in and out like runes? Thanks!

There is still a chance to destroy your armor if you try to salvage runes and insignias off, but you can always overwrite old runes and insignias with new ones. (The exception is Hero armor - you can't destroy it, so you can salvage whatever want from it)
