Its not that new of a thing...tons of items use the same skins...different stats. And its not like the stats are even that good on those items anyway o.O

can't understand why some ppl get items with stats you can't create/use yourself.

there are no regular 20hct/20hct or hsr/hsr items ingame. unfair.
