Alright, I'm trying to determine whether this one weapon I looted is worth keeping myself or selling off, depending on its value. Stats:

Halves skill recharge of spells (Chance: 20%)
Energy +10
Fire Damage: 11-22 (Requires 12 Fire Magic)
Halves casting time of Fire Magic spells (Chance: 19%)
Energy +4
Air Magic +1 (19% Chance while using skills)
