Inscription Question

Can inscriptions be added to Chaos Axes and Zodiac Swords? I know they can be added to any weapon in Nightfall but wasn't sure if they can be added to weapons from other campaigns. As a note, since UW and FoW can be accessed from Nightfall, wouldn't the Chaos Axe fall under Nightfall and be inscribable? I'm not 100% sure about both of these weapons. Plz help. Thanks.

If the weapon description has a line starting with "Inscription:", then it can be inscribed. Otherwise not. Notice that not all Nightfall weapons are inscribable.

I think Chaos Axes can be inscribable, but not Zodiac Swords (not sure, though).

NO chaos axes are not inscriptable as they are a core weapon. Though you can find some in NF which they will be able to. No on zodiac weapons also as they are from Factions.

Thanks for the info on the Zodiac Sword. I wish they were inscribable. However, I tried to wiki the Chaos Axe and the only place it drops is in FoW & UW. So says wiki. If there is another place like you are saying in NF, do you know where they drop? If you access FoW from NF, are the gold Chaos Axe drops inscribable? I can usually find the answers pretty fast, but unfortunately there is no info on this particular weapon. Does anyone have additional info that would be helpful? Thanks.
