Karleen was moved from the Ashford Abbey entrance to The Catacombs in the update on 27 Oct 2005 to the Green Hills County entrance to The Catacombs near The Barradin Estate.

Karleen is not available during The Power of Blood quest, given by Kasha Blackblood.
