I am in Europe so GMT is easiest way to think of the timezone.

Ah, Europe would do it. I'm in PST, which is GMT -8. Mondays and Wednesdays I can get on between 9 am to noon (or 7pm and later), which would be around 5-8 pm for you yes (or 3 am and later for my 7pm and later time)? Otherwise it's 3 pm and later for me, which starts to go into midnight for you. I might be able to get on earlier, depending on my classes.

EDIT: This would be much easier if you gave your IGN as well.
