Are these titles going to become what Hero Titles are? Meaningless rank that has lost its importance due to double fame weekends?
With this new ATS tournament, guilds are getting rating faster than before, and it looks like they will be able to get champion titles a lot easier.
Any comments?

well it might cheapin the title a bit...but i think its good that more people are getting interested in it. In my opinion none of the titles stand for much anymore anyways....all it shows is that you have the time/money to achieve the title...don't get me wrong i chase titles as much as the next...but once you figure out how easy they are to "achieve" they lose thier prestige...most of the titles have some sort of gimmick to them so no big deal....just my 2 cents worth....sorry for any typos etc

Champ title was degraded from something to nothing when they changed its threshold from 1500 to 1200. It had already been farmed long before AT's.
Several PuG guilds were created for exactly that purpose. It was possible to start a guild from scratch in the morning and be earning champ points by late afternoon.

Eventually even the extremely bad PVP guilds will all have a champion title. From what I believe they are doing with it, is that it will be like the hero title track and be pretty much never ending. because eventually all guilds above rank 500 and so on will be able to earn champ points....

Give it 3 months. All the top 400 guilds will have at least 1200 ratings.
