Pre searing

my questions is:

Is death leveling the intended way to gain the Legendary Defender Of Ascalon in pre searing? Also, if it is not what is the way?

Will there be any new material added to pre searing? I know a lot of people want to see some sort of advanced salvage in pre, not only for the ability to salvage but also so that the people who do have the supirior salvages in pre searing (from the Guild Hall glitch) wont get rich ( imagine 350-400k,post, per every use [not 100 uses, 1 use] of salvage)

I'm guessing many players do not actually know the answeres to these questions, but thought i would ask anyways.

If you want to transfer your items or loot or whatever to one of your other characters, because you can't salvage it properly. Ask a friend or a guildie you trust to just create a new character. Give everything to him/her in presearing and meet them with another character in post searing. Rinse and repeat as needed.
