Lucky and Unlucky titles have nothing to do with salvaging, the only title affectign that is Wisdom, and I don't see them adding in the element of luck to it, it wuld be a really good way to annoy a lot of players that were annoyed because of it being included in the lockpicks use.

I'm not sure i understand half of this.
Wisdom title is from
identifying rare items.
"Lucky and Unlucky titles have nothing to do with salvaging" - the suggestion was to make it so.
Lockpicks? What does that have to do with the suggestion?
Think more three-dimensionally please.
What do you do with your non-max identified gold items that you get from wasting money on lockpicks? I'm betting pretty much that alot gets thrown to the merchant.
With the luck titles also being affected by salvaging rares, there is then a market for the low-level identified items and the high-level identified items that people find hard to sell.
With unidentified rares, the buyer isn't just buying for the wisdom title. He can use it to increase his lucky/unlucky titles too, if he wishes.
It's a win-win situation. The buyer increases three titles (wisdom, lucky, unlucky) and the seller gets more money for his rares... to spend on more lockpicks.
Another good thing is that the gold that changes hands from buyer to seller contains gold that was already in the economy and isn't gold that came from selling useless or unwanted rares to the merchant.
