At home I have a quickly developed Java application that does this calculation for you. It gets your "virtual level" (one level each 15k after lvl 23) and your "actual level" (what your level would be if the lvl equation continued indefinatly).

I can probably write it again here at work. Then, if anyone wants to add a user interface to it, we could have a nice new vanity tool.
