Yes it does. Thats a similar chipet to what I use and It plays fine.
Less than 20 fps is an understatement, but it runs fine.

Same for me, used to play on a GMA900 and it worked fine. Still always around 15-20 fps depending on which game i'm running. It's playable, not optimal but playable.
intel GMA950 can render the game at upwards of 50+ fps, if you set it to 1024x768 resolution and turn graphic settings to minimum (texture on high though). and no, that's not taken when i'm looking at a wall. that was taken while i was playing ABs.
at least, that's what my university's lab computers can do. pentium 4 HT and 1gb of ram.
one thing to note is that it cannot display certain effects, like fire renderings and lip movement.
