The current hardmode seems to be a not so well implemented.With the speed buff that apply for all monster that make them too hard for some area.
Because,they are hard to inteurpt,shut down ineffective ,keeping your team mate save very hard,running away from over aggroed mob is almost a team wipeout.
Instead just give the monster the same weapon mod as players have.Like 15^50 on the mob with tanking trait, half cast time for spells for casters.
Or the hardmode only monster skill like some of these.

I agree that the speed on casting and skill times makes it impossible to interrupt - even for a hero interruptor. Seems counter-productive in that they are currently trying to find ways to increase the popularity of mesmers when this will do just the opposite. The health buffs and dmg buffs are alright, it should be tougher but the speed buffs seem a bit much.
