2nd account banned but why?

Just wanted to ask you people something. I have a second account on which I have pre-searing characters and sometimes just log in and have fun in pre. I logged in today to check if I got a pet and I got this:



Some quotes:

*I did give the user name and password on a friend of mine to check the game out but that was like 6 months ago. I also trust him and I'm sure he didn't try anything weird like bot programming or whatever it's called.

*I almost never play on this account. Usually a couple hours every 3 months or so.

*I use this account along with my primary one on the same pc.

Now, I haven't used this accound for about 3-4 months and it get's banned? For what?What the hell is code 45?WTF is wrong with Anet ffs? We buy the game and they ban you for nothing? RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GO that.

Well in this case wouldn't my primary account get banned too? WTF is going on? Does anyone know how I can contact Anet? THis frustrating.
