/age

my faction character has been siting at 11 month's old for 5 weeks now. obviously she should turn 1 any freaking day now (so i have thought the last week and a half) - why can't we know how many DAYS old as well as how many months? - either that, or a birthdate under their pic on the select screen.

Just be patient. You'l get your bday pressy soon enough and its only a pet!

You know, I had the same problem with my factions character this last month, it's darned annoying

Personally, I would like to know the exact age of my characters. Though, of course, some say the anticipation is the best

Its more than just a bday present. Some people would like to know the exact day. In my guild we throw a small birthday party. this way you can post in guild anouncement

More age detail = more fun opportunities!

Already suggested:
- To detail day of the month...
- To detail even hour and second.
- To show celestial animal.
- To separate time spent in an area into another /time emote...
The latests of them was a couple of week ago if I can rememer well.

Search is indeed every user's friend. But after your post I tried to do a search for 'age', 'character age' and 'birthday' and only found this thread.

It seems that WildmouseX actually came up with a title that's better suited for this discussion. Unless I'm not searching correctly?

I myself have always wanted the /age command to be more specific. It only makes sense, since the servers obviously know exactly when your character was made (I have had characters turn 1 in the middle of the day).

Lucky for me though, I was able to pinpoint my necromancer's birthday. All I did was I checked in the morning, and it said 11 months. Then checked later in the afternoon, at which point his age said 12 months. Just so happens that it's the 28th of December.

It's odd b/c the first month or two they DO show the number of days you are "2 months and 9 days old" type of thing. Why that can't carry on through the life of our toons is beyond me. Definitely a good idea.
