More silly Greens.

We've pretty much got serious greens for everything now haven't we? I mean the weapons system is pretty simplistic (This is max damage this is max req) And we have hundreds of variants on the same weapons now.

I personally enjoy the silly greens like the ogre-slayer. Just because it's so crazy to knock out a white mantel knight with it. It's just so Jackie-Chan ^_^

Riposte!
Deadly Riposte
Power-attack!

I was kinda hoping to get silly weapons like this for other classes like I dunno a broomstick for casters. Or a very large frozen fish for hammer warriors, And "Lethal feather dusters of tickling!" Dual handed weapon for assassins.

Shame I didn't know about the design a weapon contest eh? :P

I heart Vera and The Ugly Stick. I want more greens like that.

Silly weapons/skills for special celebrations is fun.

Expanding beyond that might be pushing the silliness a bit too far...

You already have all the almost useless toy greens in Istan and Shing Jea.

They could just add green weapons to every single boss (exluding some exceptions, like Afflicted) or something like that.

Banana Scythe is the reward for the "Drakes on a Plain" quest, isn't it?

I wouldn't mind a few more silly greens. As long as they don't suck, mod-wise and skin-wise.

That's what I call intelligent design!

I don't have a problem if they include 'exotic' designs in the line of the banana skin. That one is actually interesting.

Silly weapons are FUN! I just hope, if they do add more, they don't suck. Come on, does anyone REALLY find a use for candycane weapons, save for IWAY and showing them off?

The ogre-slaying knife was both the first green I got from the new UW (yes, it dropped for me, I didn't buy it) AND my first green in general (funny how I went months without ever getting one).

Ideas...

Warrior: Broken beer bottle like you see in the action movies.

Ranger: A snake for a bow. It hisses angrily when provoked.

Monk: A crucifix with Rurik on it.

Elementalist: A VERY pointy stick.

Mesmer: A mirror that you smash on the enemy's head. It then regenerates for more smashing!

Necromancer: A skeletal arm, like the ones in The Catacombs.

Assassin: Chopsticks!

Ritualist: A small disk from which a projection of Casper the Friendly Ghost(TM) appears and fights for you.

Paragon: A spear with a picture of Paragon City (from CoH) painted on it.

Dervish: Umm. A green banana scythe.

I like this idea very big much.

Loved the banana scythe even though it's not max. It'd be even more nicer to have them max as well (-;

I always wanted a Pointed Stick. They could make it an spear.

They could make also a weapon called 'Sticks' and a focus or shield called 'stones. Then you'll be able to call 'sticks and stones'.
