Elite Skill Hunter Title Problem

My Tyrian Elite Skill Hunter title track is showing 89 of 90 yet I have the 90 skills required when I check through my skills. I have checked this again and again and I definitely have the 90 needed for the title. The character is around 20 months old, and some of the skills were collected before the recent change in title tracks, is it possible a skill credit total was incorrectly carried over? I have contacted PlayNC and had the reply was 'Unfortunately, It is not possible for us to retrieve such information.' Has anyone else had anything like this?

only thing i can think of is that in Tyria you might have one more war elite to get as there is a total of 16 war elites normally 15 for every other class... (14 mesmer )

I was giving my ranger all elites long before the titles came out because he is and always will be my favorite character. The title didn't incorrectly carry over for me, so I have to say you just missed one.

wasn't being sarcastic. i didn't have a problem carrying over, just from the beginning, when i started to get the skill capping with my dervish in tyria, i thought i had capped life barrier and greater conflagration with him, so when i was missing some at the end i kept checking just like you but i never even bothered to check on those 2 because i always assumed he had em. it turned out my warrior had capped them both. woops

so im jsut saying it could be a skill u just assumed you had capped with your guy and never bothered checking cuz you were so srue you had it.

i jsut got my 90 of 90 last night, i had been on 89 for about 2 months going over all skills, hope u didnt do what i did and forgot core skills counted, i missed quick shot. so i hope u have missed a skill rahter than have a bug, at least that wy u can stil lget the title

I checked and rechecked mine back when I did also, but I had still missed one, maybe make a checklist or write them all out. Admittedly I did mine well before the title split...

I managed to get the Tyrian Elite Skill Hunter after the split, even though I captured more than half the elites before the split.

You probably just missed one. I'd suggest making a list of all the elites you need (like mine) or a list of all the elites you have.

The culprit was Shield of Judgment which I got mixed up with Signet of Judgment and wrongly counted it on my check list(s) doh! Just capped it and got the title Thanks again all.

Mine was Lightning Surge if I remember right, I was convinced I hadn't missed any either. meh, it happens it's hard to see because you are so close. Congrats for when you get that one too!

Just a thought – if all you own is original GW could you not go talk to a priest of Baltzar and see what is not unlocked? Might be quick check over. Unless you have already unlocked the skill for some one else on your account.

And chech each skill. If you have 89/90, you have 89 not 90 elites. Skill hunter is so easy to get if you actually do it properly. Start off by going through one profession at a time, and capture EVERY elite in each area along the way. When one proffesion is done, move onto the next etc.
