I saw a post recently saying a staff wasn't perfect, when, in my opinion, it was.
My definition of perfect is:
Max damage
All mods are max
This person stated that it was not a perfect staff because it was not a 20/20 or a 20/10.
So what's your opinion? In two years of Guild Wars I've always assumed that Perfect meant that everything was max, and that the accompanying modifiers (and inscriptions, if available), simply modified the value of the item.
The meaning of "Perfect"

You're right, max damage and max inherent mod is what perfect is. And if you state mods with it it mean the mods are max too. That person is wrong. Many people also think that perfect means the item, if a non-spellcaster weapon, is 20/20 15^50 +30. Now we all know that sundering sucks, and 15^50 and +30 are not the best for every build, but people call that perfect, which it is because it's max stats, they call that the ONLY definition of perfect.
Luna Star
Perfect = Max Stats, no matter what the stat is.

Exactly what you and the posts above me have said. Other people seem to think perfect=popular. It does not.
