Im not a pro, but heres my opinion:

Anything thats not a perfect mod for example 9% adren or 13 req and so on, will drasticly reduce the price of your items, to the point where your almost better off stripping the good mods and crafting a new item on a better skin.

I would merchant anything over req 11 (for the most part buyers wont take em, but there might be the odd surprise).

Also, they have a mod sectionwith the estimated value of differnt mods, for example a zealous 1:1 isnt worth very much.

So I would guess the prices of most to be no more than 3-5k if that on some, except for maybe the:

Defensive Ghostly Staff of Enchanting
HSR 20%
energy +10
11-22 req 9 Death magic
HCT 10%
Armor +5
Enchantments +19%

which I would say, maybe 7-10k?

But who knows.
