Foundry is challenging and all till you got to the place where you have to save the snake. I mean, it does not matter where you put the spirits, even if the snake is bonded theres still a huge chance of him getting stucked from the pop-ups. Spirits are set up right and everything, the tank pulls etc but I think this needs to get changed.
I played with random people and we did pretty good in Foundry in Hard Mode. I think it needs to get changed, cause its very frustrating for a lot of people that have encountered the problem. It happened to me 2 times in a row, each with atleast 4 hours of time spended just to complete mission in HM.
This is just me, frustrated. I could be wrong. I just think those pop-ups needs to be placed a little bit far if not far from the snake.
Thoughts?

It's annoying when the NPC's get body blocked, and or w/e ur trying to save. It's one of the hardest areas in the game, let alone on Hard Mode, I guess just get used to it, good luck, and keep trying.
keli
use meteor shower on the enemy and they'll run away

keli, i dont think thats a good idea, enemies pop-up from the ground therefore no target to use the ms.
keli
after they popped up, you can hold the snake for 10 secs

Uh...
If the problem is that a bunch of enemies are body blocking the snake...
And you have a build that features multiple Fire Elementalists...
Wouldn't it follow that the best course of action, given that, is to drop rocks on the enemies blocking the snake?
Or are you suggesting that your entire team is too stupid to dynamically select a target that spawns on top of you?

Titans scatter easy when hit by meteor shower, also turning left, so snake changes direction, will help you. Most important thing is to make sure everyone knows not to stop running. If snake gets stuck, sac ms on them, turn left and you should`nt have any problems.
Good luck.
Good luck.

Just lay spirits near snake and when popups pop out they go for spirits, worked well twice for me

You could always take "Glyph of Sacrifice" along for "Meteor Shower". It will make the recharge a bit longer, but you will instantly cast it. I use this combo quite a bit on my elementalist.

- Lay spirits near snake on either side
- Bond the snake
- SB the snake
- Get the tank to speak to the snake, which will cause pop ups
- Run back to Teklis
- If snake gets bodyblocked an ele uses glyph of sacrifice and Meteor shower and the enemys will scatter meaning he can follow you,
- SB monk needs to keep an eye on the snakes health bar, if he gets crippled (by dementia titans) he needs to use dismiss condition on snake or he may very well still get wiped.
- Take the snake and hide him behind the wall where Tekhlis is
- Repeat for 2 other snakes.
- Kill Aargh (leaving snakes behind wall) this updates the quest from Tehklis and the 'prisoners' are removed from your party.
- Go back and talk to general where you left him, this will spawn Furys group.
- Kill Fury
- Open titan chest
NOTE : The group of dryders and greater dream riders which spawn after one of the prisoners is spoken to will need to be killed after the snakes are all safely tucked away behind the wall as it clears the path to 'Aargh' and is also the best tanking spot imo for The Fury's group (between the pillars)
I assume as you are doing this in HM, you are probably aware of all these tricks but decided to post anyway in case others looking at the thread weren't.
But Glyph of Sacrifice & Meteor shower is the best way to deal with a body block, especially in HM where they are even more prone to scattering from MS.
