Our capes have been the same size since the start. Then we got the ability to toggle them on and off, which was a great idea.
Recently I was going back and doing some missions in Kryta to finish the bonus on some of them, and I was looking at the White Mantle members. Not only did the Knight's armor look cool, their cape was much bigger and longer, as if it fit the armor they were wearing.
It's just a simple suggestion: allow the cape maker to increase or decrease the size of their cape, or perhaps have the cape fit the armor you're wearing. Either way, I think it'll make people happier to wear their capes, if not only just for the change of scenery.
