I've been stuck on connecting now for 6-7 mins.
I'm rather new to playing Guild wars again, Any ideas why?

If you are playing on European servers, then it is most likely the crappy servers that anet is using... atm i am getting errors all over: 040 and 013

i alsot just got kicked, code 040 and now i can't sign back on, code 013. friends list got disconnected, and i saw other people complaining about it as well. seems to be some sort of server failure atm

No, it's not my internet connection, I can browse the net and TS is on and i'm actually talking with my guildies on the net.
No, it's not a local server problem, as everyone for Europe as the same problem.
Yes, it's the euro servers as people on American servers are able to log on.
Since the last Error 13 series, I had thought it would never happen again.

There is defiantly something amiss, what makes it even more obvious is that it's only Guild Wars that suffers from this. Every other on-line game is perfect, not a problem.
It can't be ANets servers that are dodgy though, as in the past few weeks GW support have constantly been telling me that "there is no problem". So, I can only assume that all those of us that are experiencing severe lag and disconnects on the Euro servers are all just making it up.

Ok well, after awhile i did everything i could (I'm EU but play on American servers because EU ones are made of fail, and aids) This just didn't fix anything, my brother runs Linux (for those who know what this is they will know how complicated it is to do anything) He knows more about computers then possibly anybody on this board, He did EVERYTHING he could and it still wouldn't work.
We went to install this on his computer, with success we could log in.
Now, before i logged off last night everything was fine and healthy, I'm not sure what it was but windows must of just being crap.
I re-installed the game (Note: don't reinstall while at a big city, 12k+ Files is not fun) and worked fine.
Any clues on what went wrong?
Or was my computer being a pleb.
