PC on *Perfect* Elemental Sword

Hi Guys,
I picked up one of these swords today out of chest and the only mod it had on it was of warding so I re modded it myself.

Sundering Elemental Sword of Fortitude
slashing dmg: 15-22 (req 10 sword)
health +30
inscription:"Strength and Honor" 15% while health is above 50
Armor penetration 20/20

I know the rare weapons thread said this is worth about 500-600k but is that perfectly modded or just for the skin itself? THX

100k 100e i'd try for. they've gone down a lil in price.

im pretty sure they cant mmanage that much now, about +50 imo
