Thought of an Idea for the Assassin, Cause they are a Fragile Class.

Engulfing Shadow[Elite]
-Dual Attack, 5e|10r : Deal +15-35 Damage. If it hits, You Shadow Step to a Random Nearby Ally. If your Health is Below 50% the Damage you Inflicted, Steals Health instead.
What do you think^^!?, This is used for Escaping from the Frontline.
And if you're Dying you are Healed and you Deal more Damage.

First, random teleport is not a good idea. It's not that big of a deal in PvP and just may teleport you into aggroing more monsters in PvE.
Second, by the mechanic of Dual Attack, if the first hit lands, then you're teleported. The second hit will get interrupted.
