WTB Dom Wand-+AL Inscriptions-req 7 15 armour shield

I'm looking for a req 9-10 inscribable max damage Dom wand (with a nice skin), some +10 AL vs. XX damage inscriptions, some +30 shield handles, and, if possible, a req 7 15 AL inscribable shield.

10 al vs cold dmg - 1k
10 al vs fire - 1k x 2
10 al v earth -1k x 3
