[WTB] swift restoration staff

Ok basically what i am looking for is ANY rit restoration staff that has the following mods on it.

Halves skill recharge of spells (chance: 20%
req:? (I dont care)
halves casting time of spells (chance :10%)
enchantments last 20% longer
energy +5

Also I would like it to be gold if possible. Oh yea I dont care about req and the skin.
