I'm not an expert, but i'd say you can charge as much as you want.

it cant be 15^50 if its purple, you sure it isnt 15v50? 15% while health below 50%

ps : if its indeed 15% while below 50%, youd have a hard time selling for 50k'ish (only for the skin really..)
might as well salvage the mods imo, will probably be a lot faster (and ud get more cash) to sell
