Beginner's combo:
Unsuspecting Strike + Fox Fangs + Twisted Fangs
Slightly more advanced Beginner's combo:
Retribute/Mending/Shadow's Refuge+Golden Lotus Strike + Fox Fangs + Twisted Fangs
Slightly even more advanced Beginner's combo:
Shadow Refuge+Golden Pheonix Strike + Twisted Fangs
I have an A/Mo using daggers that do +15% damage when enchanted. Then I went A/N with daggers that do +15% damage when enemy is hexed. Then I went A/W for Wild Blow.
The reason for A/W is because I eventually had good enchantments and hexes from the Assassin, that I didn't need to be /Mo or /N or even /Me.
Hope this gives you a small inkling on the Assassin and what you can experiment with.

So what is the best Sin build for end game? Ima looking for a tank build or at least don't die alot build. A/W? with what skills, attribute points and armor? Also I have a Shiro's Blade. Is it good for Sin. I hate the -1 regen life. It sucks my hp every second.

matti90
dunno what would be the strongest but I usually run:
[skill]black lotus strike[/skill][skill]death blossom[/skill][skill]moebius strike[/skill][skill]parasitic bond[/skill] OR [skill]flurry[/skill][skill]shadow refuge[/skill] Optional and Optional and Some form of res.
If you use the flurry variant you need to take a hex from the deadly arts line, [skill]siphon speed[/skill] is fairly spammable.
EDIT: d'oh, feigned neutrality is NF, changed. Also, this isn't the full build but the other skills are nf soo...

[card]Jagged Strike[/card][card]Wild Strike[/card][card]Death Blossom[/card]
Basic PvE spammable dagger chain. Add [wiki]Moebius Strike[/wiki] once you can cap it for real DB spam.
You could also try something like
[card]Golden Phoenix Strike[/card][card]Critical Strike[/card][card]Moebius Strike[/card][card]Death Blossom[/card]
with [wiki]Critical Defenses[/wiki] or [wiki]Shroud of Distress[/wiki] for the enchantment. matti90's is good also. Other skills should be shadow steps/heals and a rez. Play around with stuff to find what you like.
13 crit is standard, with about 12-14 dagger and the rest in whatever.
Standard daggers are Zealous 15>50 +30hp, but 15% while enchanted or enemy hexed can work as well, depending on the build. I'd recommend +hp armor. Shrouded only if you need the extra energy.
