I was trying something out in urgoz and divine intervention protects against suicide health(hopping vampires) but not Judge's intervention. Does anyone know y?

maybe because judge's has to be able to do the damage to prevent the damage being taken on your end. In this regard, when suicide health is used by the vampires, they're already dead by the time that judge's is activated. This leaves the skill unable to deal damage to anyone and so that may be a reason why it doesn't work.

only problem with that theory is that there is more than one hopping vampire
so it could still damage the other one and it doesnt i just die

It is either a bug or an inaccurate skill deskription.

I completely agree with Sam as this seems the most logic to me, this is 100% certain not a technical error or 'bug'.
