The spear should be longer on the top ^^ its a really good sketch, now if you will work it out , that'd be awesome. (Its harder to comment on sketches since things are so vague still) Colors are fine on the sketch, if you decide to make it more detailed use some darker tones to shade it up and it'll look great I think.

I was drawing the demise of another character... I decided to scrap the idea mainly because of the chin (there is too much going on right there to see the detail) ... so I added the kitty and turned him into your ranger..

You still have much to learn, but you are building an excellent foundation to build on. Your perspective is excellent for your skill level. All of your drawings seem well planned and premeditated. Your proportions, which I haven't actually measured, are still very pleasing to the eye, correct or not.
It appears that you have a firm grasp on anatomy as well. You must have a few of these books scattered amongst your bookshelves, yes?
Also, I love that sin concept armor.
