i was searching wiki for some daggers, and being a TMNT fan, having these would be funny. wiki simply states that its dropped in factions...how helpful. any ideas?

EDIT: turns out bootleg blue ones are at weapons crafters so thanks anyways

They're pretty accurate in saying that...

I have played thru Factions with many of my chars and Sai drop all over, there's no specific place so far...

They drop all over and i've never seen a rare version of one.
If you don't mind buying one from a weaponsmith they have a huge selections of sai in factions :P

If you're looking for a specific farming place, I know Vermin drop them quite a bit. Always a blue for me.
