No, this isn't yet another thread begging for gold or good farming builds or good farming sites or free ectos.

However, if you would like to donate to my Intercontinental Poor And Starving Orphans Fund (IPASOF) , I'll gladly accept your tax deductible contributions. All gold will go towards giving Gwen a nice and loving home. (mini green, of course)

No, what I really would like to know is how do you guys use the "Show me the Money" inscription. I've got 3 of these things sitting in my inventory and I want to know what are the best item(s) to attach them to, or even if that's a valid question. Should I just attach them to any old gold in my inventory that I plan to merch, or would something like Ruby Daggers be a better choice?

pick the one that has the highest price already. the price of a item is randomly chosen from a give price range depending on the color. they are not priced according to the item it is or what mods they have.

i normally attach them to gold items...that have a base price of 300g or more...usually brings it up quite a bit at the merchant...its really a worthless inscription in my point of view..but it is nice to get one off a low lvl item and put it on a high lvl item...but the time involved etc just means i rarely do it.

While adding it to a gold may give you a bit more (though I haven't noticed this trend myself), you can usually ID the inscription itself and increase its merchant price to 80-120g. In my experience, that is usually on par with the increase you get attaching it to something.
