I have gotten very varied pces for these so wondering wat everyone thinks
all have the base:
half skill recharge time of spells(20%)
+10 energy
xxxdamage:11-22(rq9xxx)
i have 3 to pc
no1:
ghostly staff rq illusion magic
half casting time on illusion magic(20%)
energy+5
illusion magic+1(20%)
2nd:
Jade staff rq communing
half casting time off communing spells(20%)
energy+5
communing+1(20%)
3rd:
A smiting staff rq smiting prayers
half casting time of smiting prayers(20%)
energy+5
and prot prayers+1(19%) (not modded that yet)
all these have a perfect base and are rq9 and uninscribable the way i like it
any help is appreciated
if i ever get a pc mite aswel pc this aswell
