you will be looking forever...as there is no such thing as an inscriptable chaos axe :/ as you say, FoW chests dont drop inscriptable items, and as Fow is the ONLY place to get them, what ur after is impossible. and before someone mentions 'but you can get shadow bows/stormbows/blah blah' inscripted...they drop in domain of anguish in nightfall, so will be inscriptable by default...hope that helps
