WTB inscriptable Ornate Scimitar

looking for a inscriptable Ornate Scimitar for my monk as a caster sword. Because of this, looking for a high req one as it should make it alot cheaper and im not bothered about the damage either. Just want it for the skin as long as i can add an inscription
