Happened to my girlfriend. Her family came over and she let her cousin play on her account with the spare char slot she had opened. Well he remade a character, ended up making her quit our guild, deleted all the minipets she had in her storage (kuunavang, horseman, hydra, troll, temple guardian, asura) and ended up leaving a starter ritualist wand in it's place.

One that happened to a friend last week. Bought HP+30 Axe Haft off of guru last week, saw the guy on next day, kept pm'ing him, no reply. Saw him next day, pm'ed him, got told the guy had already sold it off to someone else, and he took too long to reply. Come on, 2 days? ???
