So here i am going over the list of quests I didnt do with my toon in Nightfall and it hit me. A title that you achieved once you completed all of the quests.
What do you think?
New Title - Errand Boy

Already suggested, and very possible.
How? Exactly like Carthographer. You never get to uncover 100% of the map, that is completely impossible, since you can get to a lot of places, so they count how much you can do, and give you the title when you do that.
So...
- Tutorial quests (those for the campaign only) would not count for the title, only those doable by all characters of all campaigns
- Repeatable quests won't increase the title (For Sorrow's Furnace you have two no-repeatable that are got once you made most of the repeatables).
- Newly added quests would count as the Grenth's footprint would. Giving more for the player getting the title, but not affecting those who already have it.
They count the number of quests you have to do in each campaign to have all of them, but the Campaign character exclusive ones, and tada! Done.

I think it would be a nice addition, and i didnt see it in the list of known suggestions so I just posted the idea. I agree that it would work just like GMC, those quests which are depended upon a different quest would not count towards the tittle. repeatable quests would only count the first time you did them, etc.
Obvously ther server knows what quests we have done, since they made the changes to Raza it must be possible.

I totally agree with the idea, but not the OP's suggestion of the name of the title.
There is a title for missions completed with bonus why not for all quests completed? It's not like there's not a list available (wiki) and I think it would be a nice reward for those of us who do not rush through the game. Just because people want to do the same quests over and over doesn't mean the rest of us shouldn't get a tittle for doing all the quests.

This idea has been signed like two hundred times over in the original thread.
However, I do think that if they keep adding titles, then they should add the R4, the R5, and even a 6th rank for KoaBD (20 {IHML-BB/25 {MASoRM}/30{The Anchorman? :P} respectively).
...that's probably an idea for a different thread though

Just in case for those quests that have different paths an one of the paths have more quests than the other, just getting to the last would grant the same ammount of points. Like this:
- Quest A1(1 point)>Quest B1(2 points)>Quest C1(1 point)|Finish: 4 points
- Quest A1(1 point)>Quest B2(1 point)>Quest C2(1 point)>Quest D1(1 point)|Finish: 4 points.

I've seen this here before; I signed it then and I'll sign it here as well.
I compulsively accept and complete every possible quest already since they yield decent gold and XP for low-level characters. Plus, I feel a sense of accomplishment when NPCs cheer and cause me to glow and sparkle. I don't know, I'm just funny that way.
