Price check on 2 items please

I got these two items for ages now and I want to sell them, but nobody can give me a good price check.
For example: I get values of 30-150k for the shield .
No further talking.. here they are:

~Perfect caster weapon~
Shocking Sephis Axe of Enchanting
Lightning dmg: 6-28 (requires 10 swordmanship)
Energy +5
Enchantments last 20% longer

~(almost) perfect shield of fortitude~
Armor: 16 (requires 10 strength)
Health +30
Inscription "Luck of the draw"
Recieved physical damage -5 (chance 20%)

I realy hope some people respond so I can get an average price

and the skin and color on the shield helps the price, kinda important to most ppl

Haha sorry I forgot to add that. If people don't know what a sephis axe and a lotus shields skin are, I'll post a screen of them soon.

I hope I'm not violating any rules (by posting on my own thread), but I just wanted to add this picture so everyone knows the skin etc.
