PC on Gold Air Staff

Hi found an Air staff the other week and being as my characters are either Warrior or Ranger have no use for it. lol.

No idea how much it's worth so any help would be great plz.
Think it's good but not sure

Defensive Air Staff of Fortitude (GOLD)

Halves Recharge time of spells (chance 19%)
Energy +10
Lightning Damage 11 - 22 (Requires 10 Air Magic)
Reduces Deep Wound Duration on you by 20% (stacking)
Armor +5
Health +30


Think it's max damage from what I've seen and heard and think the health mod is max you can get (most I've seen anyway)

Anyone know a price would be good and if anyone interested then plz speak up I am wanting to sell it.

I'm afraid the item itself is completely worthless, I advice you to salvage the +30 and sell it.
