Max Dmg 15^50 BLUE axe

Hi I found this axe yesterday, and I identified the blue item.
I was rly schocked when i saw the stats:
icy dmg 6-28 req 9
15^50 (not a inscription or something)

I dint knew blue items could have a 15^50 so i guess its pretty rare, but is it worth something as well?
