Long-time player looking for new Elite PvE-focussed Guild

I've been playing Guild Wars since almost the beginning, but unfortunately have never been able to find a good guild to play with. Now that I really want to get into the more advanced aspects of PvE, I need a guild. So, presented in categorised form below is my information:

IGN: Darth Nathan
Characters: Darth Nathan, level 20 Elementalist. Yup, thats it . Before you dismiss me for only having one character, read on. I only like/am good at playing Ele, and have quite a few achievements on mine.
Achievements: On my ele, I farmed full obsidian armour, and all four vabbian headsets. I have finished every campaign. I have every ele skill, elite and non elite. I have the Protector of Tyria title, among numerous others. There's probably other things, but thats off the top of my head.
What I'm looking for in a Guild: I want a nice active guild that does Hard Mode/Vanquishing/Domain of Anguish/Urgoz' Warren/The Deep/Sorrow's Furnace/Tomb of the Primeval Kings/etc. regularly. The guild doesn't have to have a lot of members, but there does have to be enough to actually get things done. I don't mind doing a bit of casual PvP (i.e. AB, HA) occasionally, but the guild doesn't necessarily have to do that.
Time Zone: THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT! The last few guilds that filled the above criteria, I have had to quit because no one played when I did. The majority of the guild MUST play at or around GMT + 10, otherwise known as Australian Eastern Standard Time.
